Thanks to Garland and Julie for hosting Exotic Meatfest 2007, which was quite an interesting culinary experience. Courtesy of exoticmeats.com, we prepped and consumed a variety of animal flesh, including yak, elk, crocodile, turtle, ostrich and llama. My favorite was the llama, with yak coming in a close 2nd. Everything was pretty good, actually.
